x_pos: The x position of the control.
y_pos: The y position of the control.
width: The width of the control.
height: The height of the control.

bitmap: The bitmap to show in the picture box.

Displays an image in a picture box from a specified bitmap.

file: The file storing the image to display in the picture box.
